I'm gonna start keeping track of the days I stick with my diet plan and never eat more than 1,000 calories. This is gonna be one day. Every two weeks I'll allow myself one day to eat over 1,000. Thanksgiving will be my first.
11 days until my goal...135 (thanksgiving) -10lbs 20 days until my 2nd goal...129 (movie night) -16lbs 33 days until my 3rd goal...119 (last day of school b4 winter break) -26lbs 41 days until my 4th goal...114 (Christmas) -31lbs

IF I am like 3 pounds off on any of those goals then I'm okay. No more than 3 pounds off though!
I love the song JACK AND DIANE...it came on at work today and i was like... I KNOW THIS SONG! I work at texas road house with ALL country music so when I know the song that is playing i flip out bc I don't listen to country.
I have a major headache and a lot of h/w to do tomorrow so I'm gonna go to bed!
I WORKED 9 HOURS TODAY...walking around...I"m soo tired and my legs and feet hurt so bad! But I think I burned off all the calories i consumed today! What do you think? |
